Important Notes
- We cordially welcome all sponsors, exhibitors, artists, performers, and stakeholders to participate in all of the aforementioned activities.
- Outside guests or companions of the participants are welcome to join the golf tournament activity only.
- You can choose to pay in advance via bank transfer or pay in cash directly to our staff at the NIPPON HAKU BANGKOK venue.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made by August 15 will incur no charge.
For cancellations made from August 16 onwards, the organizer reserves the right to charge the full amount (100%).
