Generalist Staff (Bilingual Japanese-English tutor) – Work in Japan

Generalist role involving both teaching and supporting one of the following departments:
-Sales (consultation-based proposals)
-Marketing (managing website, social media, event promotion)
-HR (recruiting and training support)
-Customer Success (client support and operations improvement)

Requirements
• No specific qualifications required.
• Must be able to teach at least one subject.
• For Japanese/English language : JLPT N1 and/or TOEIC 900 / TOEFL100+ or higher
• For other subjects: No certification needed—must be strong in the subject taught.

Compensation & Benefits
• Monthly Salary: ¥280,000
• Annual Salary: ¥3,360,000 (paid in 12 equal installments)
• Includes 41 hours of fixed overtime:
• Base: ¥215,722
• Fixed Overtime: ¥64,278
• Additional pay for overtime beyond 41 hours provided
• Bonus: Special bonuses based on company performance (awarded every year)
• Pay Raise: Twice a year
• Allowances: Transportation, travel expenses
